The gallery is organized into categories and albums to keep photos easy to find. Here's how the structure works.

How the Gallery Is Organized

The gallery uses a two-level structure:

  • Categories - top-level folders that group related albums together (e.g., "Meetups 2026" or "Conventions").
  • Albums - individual collections of photos within a category (e.g., "June Bowling Night" or "MidSouthCon 2026").

Browsing Categories

  1. Go to Community → Gallery → Categories.
  2. You'll see all top-level categories with thumbnail previews.
  3. Click into a category to see the albums inside it.

Browsing All Images

Want to see everything at once? Visit Community → Gallery → Images for a flat view of all photos across all albums.

Who Creates Categories and Albums?

Categories and albums are created by staff to keep things organized. If you'd like a new album created for a specific event or theme, submit a request through the Contact Us page.
