A few simple guidelines to keep the gallery welcoming, organized, and fun for everyone.

Content Guidelines

  • Family-friendly only - Clarksville Furs is an all-ages community. All photos must comply with our Community Guidelines.
  • No NSFW content - this includes suggestive poses, graphic imagery, or anything you wouldn't show at a family event.
  • Respect others - don't upload unflattering, embarrassing, or private photos of other members without their consent.

Privacy Best Practices

  • Ask before you shoot - especially for close-up or identifying photos. Fursuiters in public are generally fair game, but it's always kind to ask.
  • No photos of minors without explicit guardian permission.
  • No location-revealing photos of private residences without the host's permission.

Quality Tips

  • Good lighting helps a lot - natural light or well-lit indoor spaces make photos shine.
  • Hold steady - if your phone has a stabilization mode, use it.
  • Landscape orientation works well for group shots; portrait is great for individual fursuit photos.
  • Descriptive titles - "Bowling group photo - June 2026" is more useful than "IMG_4832.jpg".

What Happens if a Photo Violates Guidelines?

Staff monitors the gallery and may remove photos that don't meet our guidelines. If your photo is removed, you'll be contacted with an explanation. Repeated violations may result in upload permissions being revoked.

When in doubt, leave it out. If you're not sure whether a photo is appropriate, err on the side of caution or ask staff first.
